In his role as an Account Manager, Jacob excels in establishing, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships. He takes pride in effectively selling SWE’s products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with both clients and colleagues. Jacob’s interpersonal communication skills, honed through his Bachelor’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Kent State University, have been instrumental in his success.
