He sees problem solving as a gratifying and imperative action that’s required for a service organization to be successful. Jason interacts closely with the hourly workforce, coordinates across markets and product offerings, and drives process alignment across divisions. He has 27 years of industry experience, including work with transformer manufacturing, remanufacturing, and field service, motor repair and field service, and switchgear maintenance. Jason graduated from Oklahoma State University with an AAS in Business Management.
